Hartz Avenue Costume Parade - Saturday 10:00 AM

DAN15FallEntCostumeParadeAs has been the tradition for over 20 years, super heros, Disney characters, scary monsters, and creepy creatures of all ages are invited to be part of the annual Halloween parade starting at Hartz Ave. and School St. beginning at 10 AM sharp. Participants should assemble in the Faz Restaurant parking lot starting at 9:45 AM. Please note that you will not be able to drive on Hartz Avenue to drop off your child. The parade will head north along Hartz Avenue ending at Diablo Road. Hartz Avenue merchants will be open through out the day to welcome trick or treaters!

East Prospect and Hartz - Saturday 11:15 AM

DAN15EntKevinBarbaraPouringMeet the Winemaker R & B Cellars' owners and winemakers, Kevin and Barbara Brown, will lead a "Meet the Wine Makers" tasting of their premium varietals at a special On-The-Street tasting beverage booth located on Hartz and Prospect Avenues at 2 PM.  They will share their adventures about winemaking, this year's crop, and their new winery and tasting room, Riggers Loft Wine Company in the Port of Richmond. This special tasting is $15 per person and includes a souvenir R & B Cellars crystal wine glass. Reservations are recommended as the tasting is limited to 20 participants. Over 30 of the coolest cars and hot rods grace the street. Not only do you get to look under the hoods, you get to meet and talk to the owners of these awesome machines!
